SMG4 - Hal Monitor

A ragdoll and playermodel version of Mr Hal Monitor from the SMG4 series. Try not to do anything illegal.
Also contains a destructible prop of the monitor.
The character model has 8 different expressions, which you can change through changing the skin. It will spawn with a blank screen, so don't be alarmed.
You can toggle both the hat and the computer screen on the ragdoll (and playermodel), and you can toggle the hat on the prop (though once destroyed, a prop gib will spawn no matter what).
