Play the game to get this achievement. Due to an error, some people were not able to get this achievement. The last update was supposed to fix the issue so everything should be working now.
Familiar
To get this achievement, play through the beginning story and play the first song.
Walkman
After completing the first part of the story and first stage, play the tapes in chronological order until you get to the story where you are waiting for the train.

If you get stuck and don't know what to do during the story, walk towards the pamphlet booth, read a few pamphlets (you should probably select the "!!!!" option), then go the the far right of the station to interact with the end of the track, walk back to the main area to be picked up by the train.

You should get the achievement.

Just got the Walkman achievement as of September 25th, there are only 5 songs you need to complete in order now.

1. Empty Diary
2. Proper Rhythm
3. Mirror
4. Forever Now
5. Waiting

If you have issues with Walkman, you need to pass the required levels to get the story after each song - You can't fail and need to use default config.

@isabilia ,'- Open the game once more to occasion Steam to refresh, and check again; the game's profile features were unrestricted at some point during the time intervening now and the posting of your comment

I completed all achievements and the game still doesn't appear in perfect games :T

Ah I think what went wrong for me is I would acadentally press "retry" which wont play the second scene. I'm pretty sure not every song has a scene, no of the remixs do, so when you click on a song, and it shows a scene then play through it and at the end make sure to exit to menu

@Collin I don't know what I did exactly, but I kept playing the songs on normal and eventually the story progressed. This was before the recent hotfix.
