Seasonal Colour Cubes -Server

A modifications of Kyno's "Seasonal Colour Cubes" mod. (N.L.A.) Now a server mod for those who want to force custom colour cubes onto people in cases such as using Tropical Experience which adds SW and Hamlet content but not the colour cubes.

Some new config options have been added so you can pick what fills in the gap of summer for the Hamlet CC due to Hamlet itself lacking a 4th season as well as an option to not replace full moons with blood moons in case those hurt your eyes or are using Tropical Experience which adds an actual aporkalypse.

The "Kyno's" preset seems to be broken and causing crashes at Winter, so maybe don't use that one until I can find a fix for it, if I even can.
