Introduction
This guide will roughly describe the ships in the game.

Some information may turn out to be erroneous or false, so please do not take the manuals for truth.
Types of ships
There are four types of ships and a boat in the game, namely:
50 gun ship (Frigate)
13-gun ship (Brig)
8-gun ship (Schooner)
2-gun artillery ship (Schooner)
Types of shells
There are 3 shells in the game, namely:
Chain shot.
Round shot.
Grapeshot.

Chain shot is a special projectile for the match, rigging and sails of the enemy ship.
In the game, the damage goes only to the masts, which makes it difficult to shoot with knippers. Hull damage reduced.

Round shot is a standard ammunition for firing at the enemy. Deals significant damage to the hull. Damage to masts reduced.

Grapeshot an effective projectile against infantry, but does not damage ships at all.
Not effective for firing cannons. Only chain shots!

Ship control
Controlling the ship in the game is quite difficult, but if you get used to it, the control of the ship will seem easy.

There are two types of sails in the game:
Oblique - parallel to the ship. (one)
Straight lines - in the direction of the ship's hull. (2)
50-gun Frigate
50-gun ships are the healthiest and most powerful ships in the game in terms of wearable armament.
This ship has 50 guns (oddly enough).
2 guns are located in the bow and 2 guns in the stern.
The remaining 23 guns are located on both sides, which provides almost all-round protection of the ship.

Strengths of the ship:
There is a lot of health.
Powerful weapon. (The guns on the lower deck are more powerful than the ones on the upper!)
Bow and stern guns.
Long-range guns.
Weaknesses of the ship:
Low maneuverability.
Excellent visibility.
Practically unable to repulse a large group of opponents.
Approximate battle tactics
I advise you to stand in the vanguard of the battle and go in formation with other ships, inflict the main damage on large ships, and also take all the damage on yourself.
Shooting with guns
Consider shooting from both the lower and upper decks.
Divide the weapon into 3 parts (see pictures)
Below are the bars and the optimal shooting distance.
Upper deck:
Lower deck:
13-gun Brig
13-gun ships are among the most common and medium-sized ships.
They have 13 guns.
One gun mount is located in the bow of the ship.
Deals damage to the enemy, but has complex ballistics.
The remaining 12 guns are scattered around.

Strengths of the ship:
Strong weapon on the bow.
Relatively high maneuverability.
The ability to fight alone.
Average amount of ship health.
Weaknesses of the ship:
The ship's profile is still high.
Disabling a weapon is very simple.

Approximate battle tactics:
Stay behind the 50 cannon and finish off those who were not finished off by the frigate, as well as crash into the formation and inflict damage in the rear. Remember that you have the main weapon.

Approximate ballistics.
Each line should correspond to the horizon.
Shooting from the main gun:
8-gun Schooner
The 8-gun ship is the weakest in the game. Its purpose is to provide light cover for allied ships for types 13 and 50 cannon.
Has 8 guns and 8 falconets, spaced along the sides.

Strengths of the ship:
Falconets for protection against small boats.
Fast travel speed and maneuverability.
Low profile of the vessel.
Weaknesses of the ship:
Low amount of health.
Small crew and firepower.
Weak weapons.
Small firing range.

Approximate shooting
Each feature must be matched to the horizon.
Approximate battle tactics.
Stay behind everyone, shoot only from behind the allied ships and strengthen your health points. If the moment is right, try to get around from the rear and shoot small vessels.
2-gun Schooner
The 2-gun ship is one of the most powerful ships in the right hands
This is a small boat with only 2 guns.
Apart from two artillery pieces with the greatest firing range, he has nothing.

Strengths of the ship:
Adequate amount of health.
Excellent maneuverability.
Powerful and long-range weapon.
The ability to fire 360 degrees.
Weaknesses of the ship:
Small crew.
There is no other weapon than the main one.
There is not enough space on the ship.
Approximate battle tactics.
Move to the beginning of the round to the edge of the map, and then start shooting at the ships of the vanguard.

The end.
That's all. You may have learned something new, and perhaps not. If I was mistaken, you can unsubscribe it in the comments.
