MW19 AN-94 Custom

АН-94 был сконструирован для соответсвия техническому заданию в опытно-конструкторской работе "Абакан". Первые модели имели отличное от финала имя (АС, НА), необычный дизайн (буллпап), но что интереснее - подвижный магазин... Однако такая компановка не получила одобрения и в последствии Геннадий Никонов перешел на стандартную компановку с магазином спереди пистолетной рукояти. Из за особенностей внутреннего размещения, магазин находится под углом к вертикали. Приклад складывается вправо, есть возможность крепить подствольный гранатомет и кронштейн для прицелов.

Несмотря на пройденные испытания и одобрение Министерства Обороны, АН-94 производился в малых количествах(по ИзВеСтНыМ ПрИчИнАм). Дальнейшего развития Абакан не получил(насколько я знаю), в отличие от "неодобренного" АЕК-971.


The AN-94 was designed to meet the technical specifications in the development work "Abakan". The first models had a different name from the final (AS, NA), an unusual design (bullpup), but what is more interesting - a movable mag ... However, this arrangement did not look very good for the military and later Gennady Nikonov switched to the standard arrangement with a magazine in front of the handle. Due to the peculiarities of the internal placement, the mag is at an angle to the vertical. The stock folds to the side. It is possible to attach a mount for sights, an underbarrel grenade launcher.

Despite the passed tests and the approval of the Ministry of Defense, the AN-94 was produced in small quantities (according to known reasons). Abakan did not receive further development, in contrast to the "unapproved" AEK-971.
