The changes are:

Militant Axis is removed:
Belka and Erusea are now separate. They are also at their territorial extent of ~80s-90s, when they were at their largest, to keep it more balanced.
Anea is unified.

Allied Oseans are split into 2 factions, if you dont want the baggage of random east osean countries when you wanna play Aurelia - you're welcome
Since the Aurelian war didn't happen yet Leasath is probably fine with being in the Aurelian Pact.

Verusa was merged, as who cares about it lul
