Hey everyone,

I'm making this guide because it took me awhile to figure this out and I couldn't find much on it.

If you are experiencing issues with the right analog stick, specifically unable to do the 90 degree rotation prompts (ie/ to make the coffee in the tutorial, or place the plates down, pick up the book etc), this is how I fixed it:

1) Open big picture mode. This allows you to go into more in-depth controller settings and is a necessary evil for now.

2a) From the Main page of Big Picture Mode, go to Settings, Controller Settings
2b) Turn off any third party controller support that may be turned on. Now make sure Generic Controller Support is ticked.
2c) Make sure you controller is showing under devices

3) With that done, launch the game through big picture mode. Hit the middle button on your controller, and this will open the big picture mode menu. From here, go into Controller Configuration.

4) In Controller Configuration, you can select Right Stick ABS. From here, go into Additional Settings in the bottom right.

5) Go to Dead Zone shape and change it from 'Circle' to 'Cross'. You can now back out of that screen, all the way to the game.

These are the steps that fixed it for me. Once I've completed these steps, I can load the game normally and not through big picture mode and the fix stays.

I hope this fix works for others as well, as the narrative in this game is excellent and having bugged controls is a mood killer.
