NPC Bugbaits

I want to make sth before go back to school, so here we go.
Add a SWEP for npcs ( yes it doesnt override the original bugbait weapon ), allow them to summon & control antlions.
This can be used by most npcs, snpcs are unsupported.

While in combat, npcs will summon 2~5 tamed antlions and throw bugbaits at their enemies ( max to 5 antlions ).
Tamed antlions will follow their owner, if they cant find their owner they'll burrow away.
Tamed antlions will also burrow away if their owner has changed their weapons.
Tamed antlions wont listen to players' commands, though toggle "antlion_allied" global will still make them friendly to players.
