(the sourcemod is used to make deep changes within the game, but I don't recommend using it a lot because the sourcemod can change the base values of the game, for example: killing witches with shotguns at close range is more difficult, etc...)
Unfortunately, there is nothing that can be done about this because from my knowledge, Valve did not think that the M60 could be reloaded as it is meant to be a discarded once the magazine is depleted.
So, the only way is to reload before your magazine count reaches 1.

To make the M60 have reserve ammunition, you will need to subscribe to either this add-on or this add-on . Do note that either add-ons will also affect the performance of the Grenade Launcher.
