@Deagroth Interesting work-around. I've been avoiding tourneys until Paradox fixes the audio bug. Nothing like having the game play the same five seconds of sound on non-stop repeat to cure any interest in an activity. It's a confirmed bug on their forum, but only impacts some players it seems. I'm one of the lucky... :/
Looked through the tournament_events file and it's from tournament_events.7000. It'll create a character of the non-dominate gender that is disguised in armor and trying to participate. It'll only happen for the player, but I'm not sure if you necessarily need to be the host. It is more likely if your intent is to recruit knights though. This "Mulan" character is guarantted to be a level 3 / legendary blademaster.
I'm thinking that hosting grand tournaments with duels and the intent to recruit knights might be a good way to try and find legendary blademasters.
