使用方法：
-如无必要, 不要改动所有默认设置, 除非你知道你在做什么.
-标注"实验性功能"的内容请尽可能避免使用.
-人口上限功能是为了一些旧用户保留的, 如果你不清楚其具体功能请勿开启.
-贸易优化会关闭原版贸易路线, 但是贸易收入将正常给予.


兼容与排序：
-理论上不兼容任何对"00_on_action"有修改的mod, 如果你一定要一起使用, 请将本mod置于播放集最底部.


与 产业革命 联动
-减少舰船数量：小型舰船合并为大型舰船，仅对普通帝国和堕落帝国有效，可能影响AI行为模式，慎用
-物种整合模式：按照物种大类（有机/石头/机械）与公民权利整合将同类物种合并为1种（随机选择模板,帝国主物种将优先选择其子物种作为模板）
-定向整合模板：通过添加特性将某个物种作为整合模板或使其忽略整合

Basically because of the Devouring Wilderness you usually have the "Absorption" war goal on anybody but that wasn't there, only the regular war goals that require claims but I dont have diplomacy and cannot make any claims cause of the civic.

As Wilderness I cant war anybody either since I cant make claims cause im Chosen Exterminator...so looks like game is broken with this mod

(Only got the default war goals that require claim)
