If the game crashes after an update, it's most likely due to config and savegame changes made to the new versions.

Try to delete this folder -> C:\Users\[UserName]\AppData\Local\UnitedAssault

• Open this this folder -> C:\Users\[UserName]\AppData\Local\UnitedAssault, replace [UserName] with your Windows User name
  
• Backup the file Savegames/Progression.sav in the folder mentioned above
  
• Now delete the entire folder C:\Users\[UserName]\AppData\Local\UnitedAssault
  
• Try to start the game.
  
• You can now restore your progress my adding the previously backed up Progression.sav by copying it to it's original folder.
