EFT M4A1 Suppressed (M16) - Deep Black

(Im not the original author. I just retouched the textures and reduced the file size with permission.)
Escape From Tarkov's M4A1S upgraded with some attachments. It looks more similar to the MK18 than the M4A1. Replaces the M16(Assault Rifle).

**The color tone got closer to black.
**Reduced the file size to prevent game crashes. Don't worry, the quality remains the same.
**Different firing sounds.
**Red laser LED.
**No hud No scripts.
