Public Library - Sandbox

An old library during renovation.

It is a two-story building with a basement and consists of a parking garage, a main hallway, a computer room, two bathrooms and more. Everything besides the lowest layer of the ground and a few objects can be destroyed.

This was my first attempt at creating a map for Teardown.
I was originally planning to use this map just as practise, to get accustomed to the process and tools, but because I was quite happy with how the project turned out and the positve feedback of the community I tried to improve and polish the map to the best of my ability. I only created the interior of the library. This allowed me to improve lighting and increase detail without impacting the performance too much.

- added windows in the parking garage / basement
- added a new vehicle to the parking garage
- adjusted a few sound effects
