How to run and play Street Fighter X Tekken on Windows 10 in 2021

Hello everyone!

I'm guessing that you've bought Street Fighter X Tekken and you are so excited to play this game.
Unfortunately, you'll get this error when you start the game:

Fatal Error. An unhandled error has occured: 0XFFFFFF

In this guide, I'd like to help you to get rid of this error message and how you're able to play this game on Windows 10.

This YouTube video really helped me and I am able to play this game.

Steps:
1) Klick the link in the YouTube video description and download the "XLive.dll" file
2) Locate where you've download "XLive.dll"
3) Copy "XLive.dll"
3) Go to Windows Explorer -> Your memory (D: (example)-> Program (mabe you'll see x86) -> Steam -> steamapps -> common -> Street Fighter X Tekken
4) Paste "XLive.dll"

If you have followed these steps (or watched the video on YouTube), then run this game.

After following his steps (or reading my steps here (summary)), you will be able to start and play this game.

!!ATTENTION!!
Please be aware that you can only play offline. Because Microsoft Live is dead and they removed it from their website (Games for Windows Microsoft Live (download)).
If you like to play online, please check out the other guides.

Interesting Fact
If you own Street Fighter IV, you'll get some extra costumes from Street Fighter X Tekken.

To get those costumes, these two games have to be installed on your PC.
SF IV will recognize your save data from Street Fighter X Tekken.

Note : For those who still have problems with Games for Windows Live.
Capcom is now aware of that problem and they are trying to fix it.
That's why you can't buy this game at the moment.

To be honest, I'm glad that Capcom is still supporting old games here on Steam. Please don't be mad at them. At least, they make the efford to get rid of Windows Live.

I hope that Capcom add rollback netcode and Steam Cloud.

I'm sorry. I am not able to log in with Windows Live because Microsoft removed it from their website. When I've installed GFWML (links from other guides), there was an error message. It said that there was a network problem and I should try it again later. I tried it 2 hours later and I still get the same error. If you have a GFWML Account before, you might be able to log in. Otherwise, if you're a newcommer like me, you're too late.

Thank you for your question. I'd like to help you, but I have no clue about the GFWML. Sorry. :-(

Hey, Im having issues on the window live for games login, ive tried other games that use this feature and it works fine, but when i try with this it just loads... and loads..... and loads..... and nothing ever happen. If i ever stop the process it stalls my pc bar the game and steam shift tab. any advice?
