The main idea of this layout is to place all buildings into default area without paying 10k to woodcutter

...Seem Laura's house is too far from the Museum in this by one square. (Which seems to be solved by swapping her house and the shop.)

@Bluven Late, but swapping Dark and the Player's house seems to fix the issue.

Dark wants to be by the air balloon, but he's too far from it from where he's placed in this guide

You should make the water areas at least 3 wide. With only 2 spaces the fishes will not spawn.

Took me a bit to realize "Center" was referring to the Player's Office\Town Hall thing.
