when I watch this I just think of the devil may cry 5 style/combo rank thing going from S to SSS.
They did the math and found that those moves would give the most style points

BT throwing the player could be based on the whole Dog throwing the vehicle animation in ep1 since titanfall 2 is on a heavily modified source engine.
