Elemental Pet Tethers

They can all be crafted at your pet station for the usual durasteel, diamond, phase matter combo, plus a venom sample, cryonic extract, static cell or scorched core respectively.

If you just want to spawn them in, that's cool too! The IDs are simply poisontether, firetether, icetether and electrictether.

Also, yeah, the text overflows a little in the pet tether menus. I'm not experienced enough to fix it myself just yet, but I might patch something in at a later time. Hopefully it's not too annoying.
