描述
This Scenario is for use with the Workshop route “Crab & Winkle Line” Available here:

On a lovely summer evening you will be in charge of a 2F Dock tank with a 2 coach stopping passenger service to Whitsable. Once at the harbour you have to find and attach some goods vans to your train for the return trip. As the light fades you will take this heavy train back to Canterbury tackling the very challenging 1 in 31 gradient along the way.

I must be doing something wrong to be the first to ask for help. The issue is, once i'm at the Whitsable Harbour station, I need to wait for the harbour to be cleared of a freight train which will pass me by. But the freight train doesn't move. It did for a few feet and stop right on the level crossing. Just wondering if anyone can help
