how to play and get started
start with 3 opium farms and 1 warehouse
check efficiency of terrain before building.
no need to start building where there is not 100% efficiency for opium
connect residence to farms and warehouse and warehouse and farms so they can be paid with dirty money
put capo in residence to benefit from extra trucks
connect the warehouse to airdrome
connect residence to airdrome
build taxi station
connect mansion to taxi for laundering.
save money
build casino & spend real money in events to increase loyalty. you will need to exchange loyalty for mayor favor to reduce terror
recruit monstruo who has significant power.
pay monstruo little money
keep saving money & increasing loyalty. wait. do not rush to attack, be smarter and do not have an itchy trigger to start invading your neighbours.
get to top level loyalty
talk to al mayors

expanding to the port.
go with capo and monstruo, between both u will have 7 power and can invade the port and win with not too much terror increase
get port and wait until you have enough loyalty to ask for a favor to reduce terror, you always want to keep your terror in zero. if u cause terror, save loyalty and exchange it to reduce terror, once you have no terror, move to next terror generating move.
build workshop and build another set of 3 opium farms and a warehouse. send production of one production stream to port but leave money there. do not bring money from the port to residence until you claim control of new city since every truck with money crossing over a city you do not control yet will increase terror.

1 production line feeds port and stores money there (2 opium and 1 vegetables via workshop).
2nd production line feeds airport with 3 opium farms via a warehouse and keeps flow of dirty money to residence and to taxi station and/or casino every now and then. remember, takes patience to save real money.
when you want money sent from residence to casino, add casino as destination. when u want money not sent to casino, remove from residence's additional destination. switching on and off the casino also helps but i found it better to have operational control of when i want residence to send money and to where do i want it to send money,.

go conquer with monstruo and capo the warehouse and plantation.
ask for a favor to reduce terror. the key to avoid DEA is patience. always reduce terror whe you do something that causes terror. always increase loyalty to exchange for terror reductions. go slow, build ur empire on solid ground. solid ground is ground where dea does not bother.
