Plattenbau Berlin QP59/61/64 No.1

Hello Folks,

in relation to the Global Build-Off: Berlin Edition[www.allbuilds.org], I want to release some Berlin-related buildings for the next weeks. Next off are these 15 Plattenbau-blocks from Berlin, Karl-Marx-Allee and its surroundings.

These blocks can be found all over (East-)Berlin, but these blocks are recreated after the ones I found around Berlin, Karl-Marx-Allee.
Nowadays most of these buildings are renovated, but I chose to recreate them how they should have looked beforehand.
This package also serves as an update for Plattenbau Berlin QP 59-10 , as that block is included in this pack.

Also a huge Thanks to AmiPolizeiFunk for providing me with good reference photos, which I already used the first time I tackled this Plattenbau, and which also came in handy for this second time.


Naming scheme:

-8 or -10 stands for the number of floors, _3 or _4 for the number of entrances per block.

In-game:

The blocks can be found under their names, starting with "BER QP" or alternatively by searching for "Plattenbau" or "Berlin". Every description contains one street name where the respective block can be found.
This asset consists of a 15 RICO residential buildings with 9x3 and 11x3 lot size, all with color mapped balconies.
Each building is RICO only, 16 apartments per entrance of a 8-floor block, 20 per entrance of a 10-floor block.
All segments share their main texture files among each other. Using the Loading Screen Mod to cut down on file size is advised.
