Для начала заходим в папку Ваш диск\Steam\steamapps\common\HARD TRUCK APOCALYPSE RISE OF CLANS\data (либо правым кликом по названию игры в библиотеке и выбираем "Посмотреть локальные файлы") и находим файл config.cfg,в котором ищем
r_height="768" и r_width="1024" меняем на необходимые,например 1920x1200( где height 1200 и width 1920) указал наоборот, так как в порядке последовательности нахождения
Так же есть параметр fov="90.00" его тоже можно менять,например 65 и выше

Это работает так же и с двумя другими играми Hard Truck Apocalypse: Arcade / Ex Machina: Arcade и Hard Truck Apocalypse / Ex Machina
