if you want a version with just the sounds, by all means just make a copy of the resource pack and remove the music files. But make sure to credit me if you publish it.
If you want a certain song in the soundpack, then I encourage you to learn how to make one yourself. The outcome is very rewarding, as you can have literally any songs or sounds you want, not just Kirby music. You can find plenty of guides online how to do so, one of which is actually on the Terraria Forums. Check it out when you get the chance.
I also have seen others make different Kirby music packs, so I would suggest you check those out if you don't like this selection.
