Car Horn

Adds car horns to the game press C to honk while in a car or boat.

The first thing I did when I got into a car was try and honk because the destruction reminded me of the old Lego games, and they had a honk feature, so I tried searching to see if anyone had already made this and to my surprise I am the first. Tuxedo labs please add honks to the base game! Because it was inspired by the old Lego games the sound effect is not a realistic car horn, this was intentional and I will not be changing it. If you would like to modify the sound effect you can do so by simply replacing the sound effect in the folder for the mod.
