Oblivion is the fourth installement in the TES series.
This map represents the province of Cyrodiil with Vallenwood and Elsweyr
With Skyrim north, Morrowind east, Black Marsh south-east and Hammerfell west.
5 customs available, Four on the Nato side with two power connections and 1 large Soviet one in the North-West of the map.
That North-west part should be the easiest way to install a solid Republic.
Map is 19 km x 19 km vs 16x16 for vanilla.
Please enjoy without restrictions.
Plenty of ressources and terrain to create a huge and glorious republic.
Sill limited so it`s not easy.
Have loads of fun.

look into the terrain directory, there is a script.ini file, look for the BOUNDARY tags, there are four, these are the customs defined. Vanilla has them at 2000 and -2000, I changed them to 500 and -500
