A half-timbered house
This building belongs to a set of buildings. They all are growable buildings. Half-timbered is a widespread building technique with a frame of load-bearing timber, creating spaces between the timbers called panels. This set focuses on central european burgher houses.

This building in particular is from Mosbach, Germany.

This Workshop item includes this building as:
  • High density residential building, covering L1-L3
  • High density commercial building, covering L1-L2
  • Office building, covering L1-L2

Please do read these information regarding prop and mod usage
I used some props in these buildings, however none are considered essential and hence none is marked as required item. You can subscribe to the other props all at once in the attached collection.

The assets are optimized to be placed with FindIt! and Plop the Growables and so all have a small icon in their thumbnails.
To save your PC's resources I recommend using the Loading Screen Mod. All the versions of this building share the same textures - the Loading Screen Mod will load them only once instead of multiple times.

Stunning buildings, as usual, Titan. Thank you for all your incredible creations. My city is full of them. Do you know what the tris is for this building? We people with very limited computers need to assess each building to judge if we can afford to use it. Unfortunately, for the moment, updating my computer is not an option. (The 'joys' of being unemployed due to serious illness, sadly!)

Again, thank you so much for your creations. As a history fanatic I adore your work.

Great work! I'd love to see some half-timbered buildings from Celle or Wolfenbüttel in the future, I think they would fit perfectly. But so far, I'm just amazed by the details of your half-timbered buildings!

Very cool houses. The description state that you used some props, but Loading Screen doesn't find any props used in these assets. Am I missing something, or is it just a generic message in the description?
