Oak Plaza by Flash Player

A brutalist public housing complex, this building is named after the kind of trees planted in its courtyard. The heavy vertical concrete structure and pilotis lift the building up above the public and the street below. The green tile cladding is supposed to look natural, but this is fooling no-one.

Disclaimer:
I am a much better modeler than I am a texturer, and I run my game on a toaster, so I am not sure how the textures will look on a super high-end system.
This model also has a lot of tris.
I am still learning how to make these, so any feedback is welcome.
