This is the monumental headquarters of the Federal Land and Sea Corp., a global shipping and logistics company. The shape of the office block cantilevered over the parking deck is reminiscent of the bow of a boat. The company uses a large quantity of water from the city water system to float its boats in.

Disclaimer:
I am a much better modeler than I am a texturer, and I run my game on a toaster, so I am not sure how the textures will look on a super high-end system.
This model also has a lot of tris.
I am still learning how to make these, so any feedback is welcome.
