Move Battle UI

Frees up space in the bottom-left corner when in battle so you can put a facecam there.

This is an early version. It has only been tested in 1080p so far.

Known issues:
- Card draw animations are hidden behind the Ember gain VFX, making it look a little weird.
- Using keyboard or controller, you can only navigate to the Draw Pile and Ember symbols by giving inputs that would lead to their original positions.
- UI elements for challenges (including dailies) and Hell Rush will be drawn over the Battle Hud.
