Where do I get Doom Break and Veteran's Resolve?
Both are best farmed at Extreme Quest: Risk Realm and can even sometimes drop at IIIs. I recommend doing it on the 4MPA version with a full party for easy stage orders (♥♥♥♥ stage 2's solo order) and the party triboost bonus. Just a heads up when you do try the 4MPA version, please be well geared and know your class. Nobody likes 7 minute runs. At least a redux +35 Trailblazer with good S-Augs for your weapon type and Schvelle or better units with a decent affix (100 attack) should be fine.

Easy because this takes the 20% to its full advantage. Without it, things get a lot messier and more of a grind. Really the only challenge here is making the base. I probably need to mention where to farm for vets and dooms. Risk Realm has them drop commonly and even has a chance to drop them at IIIs.
