3SP - Atmos Drill B (vanilla, survival, utility)

The Atmos Drill B is a compact utility craft designed for basic resource collection on any planet (or moon) with an atmosphere. It can drill in any terrain and at almost any angle (don't invert it).

This ships requires only resources which can be found on planetary surfaces to be constructed and fueled. It runs entirely on battery power and is intended to be recharged by docking to a large base/station.
