Emergency signal search screen

This microcontroller displays information on the screen that is useful for searching for emergency signals. It is compatible with all monitors, but it is highly recommended to display it on a 1x1 monitor. (It is not recommended to display it on other monitors.)

If the microcontroller receives an "Active" signal and receives an emergency pulse signal, the monitor frame will indicate red. Also, by measuring the interval between the passle signals, you can know whether you are approaching or moving away from the source of the emergency signal. The white line below and the red lower triangle represent it. If a green triangle appears above the left half of the white line, it shows that you are approaching the source, if a red triangle appears, it shows thay you are moving away from the source. If a yellow horizontal line appears, it shows that the distance to the source has not changed. When the emergency signal cannot be detected, a character "?" Is displayed on the white line. (It is displayed that the passle signal cannot be detected for a time more than twice the interval of the detected passle signal.)
