Something about that doesn't feel right
It's reminiscent of something I've seen from back when the Last Stand update dropped and changed a lot of the at-the-time unused weapons -- before then, anything that used custom animations would unintentionally modify action times unless the author went out of their way to ensure such features matched; common offenders were mods for the SG for reloading times, as an example -- I can't help but wonder if something like that is what's going on here too, since you said to someone before that it doesn't affect the attack speed but my testing found that it does
It's not a massive difference or anything, but it's enough that I felt something was off and wanted to test it and share the results
