I believe that's part of a package of LUTs for Relight by Ronyx69. If they are no longer on the Workshop, that's not a problem. Sign up for a bunch of LUTs (they are tiny files) and try different ones until you find one you like. Super easy to do.

Where do I find the Natural LUT he says to use?

As far as I remember, that's the button for the Theme Mixer mod (it's the same symbol), which opens up the button options below (2). I'm not sure why it looks like that on my screen (I don't use the mod, just added it to show people how to do the steps). I bet the icon can be moved to a more logical spot.
