Getting this achievement is real easy, you just need to know the requirements and use the ruler designer.

1. Must own the DLC (pretty sure you need to to use the Varangian conquest CB)
2. Character must be Norse culture Astratu religion
3. Character must be a dwarf

That's pretty much it.

Alrighty, now you know what you need to actually qualify, so on to making the character.

Choose the early start date for ease of conquest and select someone on a coastal province out of the way of europe. I usually select one of the tribal chieftans on the horn of africa or the arabian peninsula.

Next, make your character. Make sure that your character is a dwarf, under the 400 point limit, and has the right culture and religion.

If you did the easy option of a tribal ruler in the horn of africa, congrats, you've made life easy. Just do normal 866 tribal stuff (conquer your neighbours with the single province CB). When you've got enough fame to do a varangian conquest, attack Socatra. The early start date combined with you being tribal means you should have anywhere from 2-4x their troop count, so you can steam roll their troops, siege them down, then sue for peace for an easy achievement.
