I am not a pro asset maker nor do I pretend to be. I upload my assets that I have made for my own projects in the hopes that someone might like then.
What is this and why do I need it:
Towa Yaesu Building - 3-chōme-4-16 Nihonbashi, Chuo City, Tokyo 103-0027, JapanThe Towa Yaesu Building was constructed in Jan 1968 and was formerly known as The Shunyodou Building. Today the building houses many componies including One-up English Conversation Tokyo Yaesu / Nihonbashi School on the 3rd floor and an amazing coffee shop called Tsubakiya coffee shop Yaesu Saryo on the 1st floor, 2nd floor and first basement floor.** This building includes 1 submesh for the glass. This will disapier if PO'ed**
