[FX] Rainbow Blood (removed rainbow color smoker_tongue)

in all respect to the original rainbow blood, but it just keeps conflicting with on my favorite smokers add-on, so i only removed the Rainbow "Smoker_Tongue" part, where it conflicts my other mods, and now it can be compatible with my Smoker(Thresh w/chain) mods. like this one.
