Defibrillator (Batteries)

Adds a battery-operated version of the previously introduced defibrillator.

Note: This mod is not balanced for Vanilla gameplay and I do not intend to make it so.

- CPR seems too slow and unreliable?
- Most of your crewmates have no idea what to do in case somebody passes out and panic?
- Liquid Oxygenite doesn't feel that useful?

The defibrillator is a one-time use item that is used like any medical item (through the medical interface or swung at the target) and grants following status effects upon use:

- Cures Oxygen Low status of any magnitude in 2/4 seconds
- Stuns the target for a few seconds
- Causes 5/15 Internal Damage within 10 seconds


(medical level of 45 required for best effects)

Battery operation limits:
- Battery cell - 1 use
- Fulgurium battery cell - 2 uses

Available at: Outpost, City, Military

Medical fabricator - time 60 seconds:
- Medical lvl 55
- Plastic x1
- Copper x1
- FPGA Circuit x1
- Oscillator Component x2

Deconstructor - time 30 seconds:
- Plastic x1
- Copper x1
- FPGA Circuit x3
