Updade to 1.4.2 of the Merc-MX8 by JRandall

I allways like the design and this one is quite small for all his stuff.

I rework the huge amount of rcs and fuel/oxygen tanks, remove 2 constructors on the 4 to reduce the cpu cost.

I add 2 railguns a shield and 6 turrets
I clear the inside to add a lot of container extention giving 2 storage of 15K, one for ammo, an one standard.

This version is CPU level 4 with MCRC color setup (alike)
