Comet Anti Air Support Vehicle

Experimental anti air support vehicle. Armed with link turret, missile and machinegun.
Can be promoted 2 times: 1st promotion requires 20 kills, 2nd 50 kills.
Each promotion will improve the health, armor, weapons, movement speed, and sight range.
Devastating against air unit especially when elite.

Changelog 28-02-2021: changed unit price from 16000 to 12000 (i think it should be cheaper then the vanilla Exp Tank since it's support vehicle), improve sight range.
