Описание
Basically, if you take the vanilla sbc files and place them into your mod, completely unchanged, everything will work except for Triton's sky. All the stone textures will load despite not being found, all the other sky textures will load despite not being found, just Triton's doesn't work for some reason. And maybe Pertam, results seem mixed depending on the weather maybe.

If you study the images above, you'll notice that the Earthlike error handles wonderfully-the clouds are there and the sky looks the same. Yet if you look at Triton, the clouds disappear and the sun turns black.

If you can run this mod, and Triton has clouds, that means Keen patched the input validation error handling to be the same with it (or perhaps all expanded-upon planets) as the other textures/planets.

This is still a bug. Thanks to your comment on the Keen forum i figured out how to get the clouds to work on a Pertam mod. I did need to copy all the three different texures that pertam uses to get it working. (Cloud_Sphere, EarthFarClouds and Landsky_Texture.)
