Yeah, there is an easter egg where these dolls are standing around mini cubes, and they are in creepy room. Also, in one of test chambers, a doll falls from the hole in ceiling and gets into fizzler. Also, one of the secret rooms has a note by a scientist that says everyone got these dolls and when he accidentally broke it, it dissolved, so it probably had "tracking devices" inside
