@jimmyabdolahi have you tried restarting your device, also restart steam, if those 2 things do not work, try to verify the game files on steam.

Another thing that is common with some games is, if you played for example 10 minutes in the first session and you closed the game, try opening the game again and play for another 10 minutes and then on 11 minutes you should start getting achievements again.

Keep in mind, some games tend to give you all the achievements after you closed the game, so you could maybe let the game run in background, while playing something else. and after couple hours, close the game and see if you get the achievements.

If nothing from above helps you, i am sorry, i have no idea how to solve your issue.

a question.
i had to close the game, then i started it up again but no new achievements were coming.
any opinion on this ?
