This asset has been a nightmare to texture. The store entrances may look a bit uniform, but I'm still glad how everything has turned out. I left the building mostly undecorated so you can fit it in any city however you want. You can use the Procedural Objects mod to write a name on the signs above the two main entrances. I will see if I can reduce the amount of tris on the LOD model in the near future

In reality, this mall is locally known as "De Riepel". It is one of two malls in town and features 22 stores for clothing, groceries and conveniences. The building was designed by architectural firm Van Manen and was constructed in 2009. It is relatively small compared to shopping centers in the USA for example, because Dutch malls are designed to be easily accessable for the citizen's daily needs and thus serves a smaller market.
