dont forget the one that summons lightning every time you activate the fatal current, get it to the max level and now u dont even need to attack an enemy or use the fatal current since the lightnings will be hitting anyone for free

I actually strongly disagree with that, I think because of his higher base speed and massive (and borderline passive) AOE abilities, Lei Luo has the least commitment to a fight of any of the heroes. He's rewarded for holding A/D/W the entire game.

true lmao, at least fatal current abilities need you to be on the front as the most fragile class in the game

pretty much any of his abilities when stacked are ridiculous, governor is just wild though since you basically just walk around and before you know it the room is cleared.
