The KAZ B lineup of trucks, usually called the Bull, is a heavy truck series targeted at cheaper markets with rugged requirements. The first two digits indicate the number of axles and the number of driven axles, followed the by the engine's horsepower.
This particular truck is an extended (L) 8x4 with a bulk cargo haulage upfit. It's popular in India, Indonesia, and several other southern and southeastern Asian countries.

Now just add some art, use dipper (turn signal) at light, horn to pass, as well as an oversized/overweight load and boom, Indian truck
