Simple steps for triple 20:

1 - Use your mouse;
2 - Aim straight up, the maximum possible. Kiryu's hand wavering does not matter.
3 - Click with your mouse, and VERY SLOWLY pull it backwards until Kiryu's hand moves, then IMEDIATELY STOP.
4 - Release the mouse.

For Bullseye:

1 - Use your mouse;
2 - Aim at the triple 20 spot. Your visual cue is when Kiryu's wavering is at it's highest and the dart is in the middle of the tripple 20 spot.
3 - Click with your mouse, and VERY SLOWLY pull it backwards until Kiryu's hand moves, then IMEDIATELY STOP.
4 - Release the mouse.
