In CSGO you have 40 different ranks.
You upgrade your rank by playing different game modes like Competitive, Casual,...
For every rank you need 5000 XP to get to another one.
When new week starts you get weekly XP bonus, its different for all modes, some modes give you more XP some less.



In Competitive game mode you get XP by how much rounds you win. 30x Rounds won = XP.
In Casual game mode you get XP by your score. 4x Score = XP.
In Arms Race game mode you get XP by your score. 1x Score = XP.
In Deathmatch game mode you get XP by your score. 0,2x Score = XP.
In Demolition game mode you get XP by your score. 2,5x Score = XP.



Weekly Bonus system:
Bonus at the start of the week = 4x
For example:
If you play Arms Race and your score at the end of the game is 50 you get 200XP bonus.
XP = (50x1) + (50x3) = 200XP in total with Bonus
In Competitive 16 rounds won = 1920XP.
XP = (16x30) + (480x3) = 1920XP in total with Bonus



When you reach 4500XP in week your Weekly Bonus will drop x2.
For example:
You earn 100XP at the end of Arms Race mode and you get (50x1) normal XP and (50x1) Weekly Bonus, so its (50x1) + (50x1) = 100XP in total with weekly bonus.
If you reach 7500xp in week your Weeklu Bonus will drop x1.
So you don't get any bonus just normal XP.
If you reach 11167XP in week you Weekly Bonus will drop x0,175.
For example:
In Arms Race with score of 50 you will only get 8XP.

How to get CSGO Service Medal?
To get it you need to get to 40 level.
When you reach 40 level you will be able to get it in you inventory.
For every next 40 level after you reach first, you Medal will upgrade to another color.



Operation Boost XP
If you play CSGO operation you will get XP Boost which can upgrade your level.
You get them by playing weekly missions and you can use them to give you free levels.
1 XP Boost give you 1 level.
