Networked Wi-fi Component

Adds a Networked Wi-Fi component that acts exactly as the regular wi-fi compoent, except that LinkToChat is enabled by default, allowing you to send messages to the component and have the component send messages to chat that you can recieve if you have a component on your person. This will most likely be made obsolete if/when this is enabled for wifi components by default. You can get this from vendors like regular components or craft them. It has the same drop chance/state as the regular wifi component so you can probably find it spawned in the world as well.
