Ghost Town of Ashenfort DnD/RPG map

Hey everyone!
This is the second DnD/RPG map I made for my campaign. It is a ghost, abandoned town to play a scary adventure or something like that.
It has poor houses, rich houses, a waterfall, something like a castle, vegetation, ruins, one or two hide spots and so on.
There are also some magical elements that can give you some ideas to fullfill your adventure (there is a legendary chest in the top of the first tower, and you can disassemble it, just like some of the houses).
Use LUT 46 on lighting for a better mood.
